There are various ways for you to determine what ring size you are. Below we have included an online method but you are also able to print a cutout to measure with.

1.Click 'find my ring size' at the upper left
2.Select the correct options and click 'next'
3.Last step will be finding the matching circle.    

For items that are made with silver and have stones, you can use an easy at home method to clean them. You will need: baking soda toothpaste, a soft toothbrush and some warm water. 

1. Wet the ring with the water, apply a small amount of toothpaste on the toothbrush and begin carefully brushing the ring. 
2. Rinse off the ring in the warm water along with the toothbrush. 
3. With the cleaned toothbrush, brush the ring clean once more and if needed rinse off. 
4. Dry off with a cloth. 

We do our best to portray and describe the colors of our pieces as accurately as possible. We at MoonCity Designs like to always envision the pieces we are selecting and think about all the different style options before purchase. In most cases we know that if we like what we see online and the color, there should be no issue. However, things happen and maybe it was a change of heart or it was a gift and a different color is preferred. Color can be a particular thing so, email us to see what we can do to make it right (please keep in mind all stones vary in size/color and we're happy to accommodate additional pictures for the most accurate description of the color). 

If you've shopped for rings online or in person, the ring size will be an easy number to remember. For those who have never shopped for rings, perhaps the ring size will be difficult to recall. We have included a ring size guide at the top of our FAQS page in order to help you figure out what size is best. It is possible you took a guess and this was a gift, please email us and we're happy to help (all pieces are one of a kind and a different size will result in a different finished piece from the original item pictured during purchase).
